Zeffi's Language Technology analyzes textual data for you
Zeffi has now a new NLP (natural language processing) feature that analyzes the sentiment of textual data (positive vs. negative feedback on scale of -10 to +10). This enables you to combine Zeffi's great reporting features with NLP engines of our leading partners. Zeffi's language technology pack is an optional feature that is available starting with the Genius license.
Zeffi's language tech features in brief
Zeffi's new Sentiment Analysis recognizes the tone of textual responses in your survey. You will see how positive or negative your respondents are and it is easy to combine this view to other report features. Thus, you can have a look at how responses differ in each sub group of your data, for example in different businesses of geographical regions. Sentiment analysis is available in over 100 languages.
With the Language tech pack, the traditional word cloud feature is enhanced with Word Analysis. This feature enables you to analyze which nouns, adjectives, verbs, and adverbs can be found in your textual data. The Word Analysis is available also in languages like Finnish and Swedish which have been challenging to textual analysis in survey tools. Word analysis is available in 14 languages, for example English, Finnish, Swedish, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Norwegian and Chinese.
