What is ZEF?
ZEF specializes in AI-based solutions that, for example, enhances the collection and analysis of customer feedback. By automating follow-up questions and analyzing verbal feedback, ZEF helps businesses discover the root causes behind customer sentiment. This enables businesses to improve their customer and staff experience.
Our story
ZEF was founded in 1997 by professor Esko Alasaarela. The result was Finland’s first SaaS research system, which has brought significant value to the Finnish business world and has had an impact all the way to the government.
